One of the top cross country festivals in America and a premier running event happens this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 21-22, 2018. If you’re in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area, consider being part of the cheering audience (6000 folks expected!) for the midschool, high school and college teams. And don’t forget about individual events like the “Quickest Pepper Kid” run on Friday at 6:30 pm for the under-12 years old set.
You can find details at the webpage for the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Festival at:
https://www.chilepepperfestival.org They’ve been successfully raising money (over $600,000) for multiple schools in NW Arkansas cross country running programs since 1988.
Myself, I’d like to attend the post-race lunch on Saturday and enjoy the Hot Mexican Food Feast.
I sure hope I don’t have to run for my lunch first …

Never heard of growing matching cats and pumpkins …
Hope we don’t have any blue or green cats around the Ranch.

The first pumpkins and a squash – fall is on its way.
See you soon! Diego
